Training Reimbursement

Did you know that you may be eligible for reimbursement for AYSO approved and provided referee and coach training held outside of our region?

AYSO University is the only source to be used for training sign up. Sessions held outside Region 54 must be pre-approved via email by the Regional Commissioner, Regional Referee Administrator, or Regional Coach Administrator prior to a class being taken in order for reimbursement to be provided. This approval email will need to be attached to your Reimbursement Request Form along other required documentation. You must also be a verified Region 54 volunteer for the upcoming season.

If you take a class after July 1, 2019 and have proper approval you may submit a request for the cost of the training class registration. A receipt must be provided along with a copy of your certification completion form in order to obtain reimbursement.

All training completed must be utilized within Region 54 for the current and subsequent seasons.

Download and complete the Reimbursement Request Form below. Mail to the address provided on the form along with the required paperwork. You may be contacted if additional information is needed.

If you would like to learn about upcoming training sessions you can visit AYSO University. Sign in with your current Blue Sombrero (Region Website) log-in information. There are also several on-line classes that can be taken by utilizing AYSO University.
