Fall 2024 - Registration Information - (Boys and Girls U6 - U16 Divisions)

Registration Dates: April 1, 2024 - July 1, 2024
Once registration closes we will NOT open it back up to add anymore players. If we are short players for a team we will put out an email or post to our social media
Registration fee:
Schoolyard $80
U6 - U8 $160
U10 - U19 $200
AYSO National fees: $25 for 2024 - 2025 players
Waitlist players NO REFUNDS after accepting team positions
AYSO National Player Fee $25 (non-refundable) Sports Connect Fee $2.75 (non-refundable)
Once a player is added to a team NO REFUNDS will be given NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please make sure to follow our refund policy guidelines.
Registration Process: There are a few items that will need to be uploaded before you can proceed with the registration process.
1) All players will need an updated picture loaded to their profile. **** Please DO NOT add any other pictures other than that of your player. ****
2) All players will need to upload a birth certificate that will be verified by our Registrar. **** NO OTHER FORMS will be accepted other than a birth certificate ****
3) If you are registering via your phone please make sure to turn your phone to the landscape positon so that you can see all registration tabs.
4) All NEW players U8, U10, & U12 will need to attend the evaluation clinic in June - More information will be posted on our website once we confirm our dates and location.
5) Team requests will NOT be accepted! NO EXCEPTIONS!
**** Please make sure you are registering under the FALL CORE 24 program, your child will not be placed on a team if they register in any other programs we have available. ****

**** NEW **** Schoolyard: Birth Years: Sept 2, 2020 - Sept 2, 2021
Co-ed U6 : Birth Years: 2019 & 2020
BU8 & GU8 : Birth Years: 2017 & 2018
BU10 & GU10 : Birth Years: 2015 & 2016
Bu12 & Gu12 : Birth Years: 2013 & 2014
BU14 & GU14 : Birth Years : 2011 & 2012
BU16 & GU16: Birth Years : 2009 &2010
Waitlist Policy:
Once we hit our max number of players for registration, all players will be placed on a waitlist. This is done to make sure that we have enough coaches to form teams. NO COACHES = NO TEAMS
We will remove players from the waitlist to fill team spots. Once removed from the waitlist you will have 72hours to complete the registration process and pay for the fees. If payment in not complete
within those 72 hours players will be removed from the team and the spot will be given to someone else on the waitlist. Please make sure that you are consistently checking your emails if you player was
placed on the waitlist.
*** If we DO NOT have enough coaches for any divisions, teams WILL NOT be formed. Please consider volunteering with our Region. AYSO is 100% volunteer run and will need many volunteers to make our
program successful. ***
EXTRA Program:
Please DO NOT register under the EXTRA program for the Fall season. This program is ONLY for players that were selected to participate on those teams. If you register under the EXTRA program you will
be removed from that list. Please follow the registration process correctly. The system DOES NOT add you to the Fall Core 24 program, you will have to re-register under the correct division.

Team Formation: Mid July
Coach training: TBD
Referee training: TBD
Practices: Can start as early as August 12, 2024 - **** ONLY if volunteer coach is 100% certified with safety requirements****
Practice Schedules: Based on Coach availability - they are the volunteer and will hold practices based on their schedule
Monday- Thursday anytime between 5:00 pm - 8:00pm
Practice Locations: TBD
Players WILL NOT be moved from a team if the practice schedule does NOT meet their needs. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Practice schedules are based on the VOLUNTEER COACH schedule and availability.
Games: All games will be played on Saturday's anytime between 9am- 4pm.
