* Once application is complete (including e-signature), you may pay online by credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit card, you can utilize a temporary gift style card with a Visa or Mastercard logo that can be purchased at most retailers.
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a full refund, participants must submit a refund request to our Treasurer Kant Guo at [email protected] Refunds must be submitted no later than July 1, 2025 to be eligible for a full refund (minus a $25 administration fee per player) . Refunds will be processed no later than September 30, 2025. Refunds will NOT be given once a player has been placed on a team for all divisions. The National Player Fee of $25 and the Sports Connect fee of $2.75 will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. The National Fee is mandated by AYSO National.
Refunds will not be given for advance play programs such as Extra. All refund requests must be emailed to both the Registrar and Treasurer, which request shall be received by the deadline date posted on the website. Participants must submit all information requested by the Region when requesting a refund.
No refunds will be given to participants once they have been added to a team roster for all divisions. Refunds will not be given after the posted deadline date.
