2026 AYSO Region 54 Fall Registration

Program Overview: AYSO Region 54 offers a recreational soccer program for boys and girls ages 3-18. Our program focuses on
fun, development, and positive experiences for all players.

Registration Dates: April 1, 2026 - July 1, 2026
Register Online: www.ayso54.org - All registration payments must be completed online.

Early Bird Discount

$25 discount for registrations completed between:
April 1, 2026 - May 1, 2026
Discount will be applied once your player is activated from the waitlist

Registration Fees

Playground: $150
U6 & Up $260

AYSO National Player Fee: $25 (non-refundable)
Sports Connect Fee: $3.75 (non-refundable)

Waitlst Process

1. All players will be placed on a waitlist
2. Placement on a team is based on the number of registered volunteer coaches.
3. As volunteers register, players will be activated from the waitlst.

Important Information

Once activated, registration fees must be paid within 72 hours
Failure to pay within 72 hours will result in removal from the roster to allow another player placement.

Player Evaluations

Required for all players (excluding Playground & U6)
Date, Time and Location: TBD
Sign-up form will be provided
Purpose: Evaluations are used to balance teams, not to determine placement.

Season Dates: September 12, 2026 - November 14, 2026

Refund Policy - No Refunds will be given after July 1, 2026

Final Reminder: Players must attend evaluations and complete registration requirements. Team formation depends entirely on volunteer participation. If we don't have volunteers, we don't have teams, and we don't have games. Please consider volunteering and help us create a fun, memorable season for all players!

Payment & Refund Policy

Pay by Credit or Debit Card

* Once application is complete (including e-signature), you may pay online by credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit card, you can utilize a temporary gift style card with a Visa or Mastercard logo that can be purchased at most retailers.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a full refund, participants must submit a refund request to our Treasurer Jessica Van Dragt at [email protected] Refunds must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026 to be eligible for a full refund (minus a $25 administration fee per player) . Refunds will be processed no later than September 30, 2026. Refunds will NOT be given once a player has been placed on a team for all divisions.

The National Player Fee of $25 and the Sports Connect fee of $3.75 will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. The National Fee is mandated by AYSO National.

All refund requests must be emailed to both the Registrar and Treasurer, which request shall be received by the deadline date posted on the website. Participants must submit all information requested by the Region when requesting a refund.

No refunds will be given to participants once they have been added to a team roster for all divisions. Refunds will not be given after the posted deadline date.

Please make sure that all information is complete before submitting a refund request.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the refund to be processed.

Please Note: National Player Fee of $25 will NOT be refunded

Once a player is added to a team a refund will NOT be granted.

How to Register?

Steps to Register

1. Create a login by clicking on the "Register Now" button at the top right of the webpage with a valid email address. **Returning players please make sure the name on the account or any names your are registering match.

2. Create a primary/family account this is a household account that the user will use to be able to register players as well as invite volunteers to aid with the players team.

3. Add participants from each household to that account, this will include players and volunteers.

4. Complete all forms be sure to sign the form and hit submit, then view/verify for accuracy and hit submit again to finalize.

5. All payments are made on-line at the time of registration. If players are waitlisted there will be a $0 fee, you will finalize payment and registration once the player is activated from the waitlist.

6. Required Documents: Birth Certificate and Updated Player Photo
A birth certificate is needed to verify player age, once verified the birth certificate will be deleted from the system. You will not be able to proceed with registration if this document is not uploaded.

7. All players are required to upload a current profile picture. You will not be able to move forward with the registration process if this is not uploaded. Current pictures are needed for team rosters.

Birth Certificate Requirement

We are required by AYSO National to do a one-time verification of all players birth dates through their birth certificate. Please upload a copy of the player's birth certificate when you register. Once it is verified the birth certificate will be removed from the system and deleted.
